Cicek.com is the first online florist of the Turkey. It is headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey. Cicek.com ‘s journey started in 1996 with a small operation limited only to Istanbul area. Later on, in 2000 cicek.com started to operate in big cities of Turkey. In 2005 cicek.com started same day delivery to all major city centers in Turkey and Cyprus. Currently, cicek.com partnered with over 100 florists all around the country and can deliver almost to anywhere in Turkey.
Cicek.com has an in house operation center in Istanbul with its own dedicated florists ( we call them flower artists) and delivers by its own delivery service. For the other cities, the flower orders are passed to local florists that are carefully selected to comply with the highest quality standards of Cicek.com to ensure your flower arrangement is beautifully prepared with the freshest flowers and delivered as fast as possible.
How does it work?
Anybody that has access to web or telephone can conveniently order flowers at cicek.com with the easy checkout. Customers have the option to pay with any major credit card by online or through call center or simply do a bank transfer. Soon other online payment methods such as PayPal will be available as well.
As soon as a paid flower order appears in Cicek.com CRM system, if it is outside Istanbul delivery zones, it will be directed to the local florist who handles that area. At the same time, the system notifies the customer by email or SMS that his order is in process. When the flower arrangement is ready, it will be placed in the queue to load to delivery trucks. Cicek.com trucks or delivery cars service 4 times in a day. The first service starts at 10am in the morning, the second service at 2 pm, and the 3rd service is at 5pm. In addition, depending on the order load there is an additional night service at 7.30 pm. As soon as flower bouquets are loaded, the vehicle tracking system notifies the customer that his flowers are out for delivery in the car. And finally, when the driver delivers the bouquet and gets a signature confirmation , the system sends delivery confirmation info to customer via email and/or SMS text message to cell phone.
Recently, with improvements made to operational infrastructure for the most of the areas in Turkey cicek.com started to guarantee flower delivery with express service in only 1 hour.
As Cicek.com grows, the suppliers also improve. Now Cicek.com supplies flowers directly from flower farms. By doing this it is ensured that flowers are delivered very fresh to customers.
Cicek.com offers various types of colors of flowers. Roses has all the colors; red, white, orange, pink Carnation with red, white and pink, Daisies with white, yellow, pink and purple, all the colors of cymbidium orchids.
